VILNIUS TECH - Lithuanian university, established in 1956, having more than 9 000 students and 90 000 alumni. Over 20% of its students are international, representing more than 80 countries. The university is a leader in the field of technological sciences with modern and labour market-oriented approach to studies.

The university employs more than 1 000 academic staff members, 76% of whom hold a PhD. Scientific research and experimental development projects are carried out in 13 institutes, 3 scientific centers and 22 research laboratories. VILNIUS TECH collaborates with 410 partner universities in 60 countries globally. It is also a member of ATHENA European University Alliance (www.athenauni.eu).

VILNIUS TECH actively engages with secondary schools in Lithuania - regularly invites its pupils to attend excursions at university’s laboratories, organises STEAM distance learning program Future Engineering which attracted over 1 000 pupils last year, also offers engineering education activities for teachers.
